i'm new web development , i've been working quite while now. i'm using wordpress , need on doing multi step survey on wordpress one. sample

you can use plugins, search not find out multiple steps form jquery wordpress.

contact form 7 not save submitted data database, can find extension it: https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7-to-database-extension/ survey data use , analyze it.
