Debbie Wasserman Schultz: ‘No Idea’ About Political Affiliation Of Priorities USA Super PAC
Democratic National Committee Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz , confronted with the recent controversial ad by Priorities USA Action, said she’s unaware of the super PAC’s political affiliation. Asked about the ad on Fox News Sunday , Wasserman Schultz said she has “no idea the political affiliation of folks who are associated” with Priorities USA. She also noted, “That is a super PAC ad that is not affiliated with the campaign or the party.” She further noted that the ad raises valid questions about Mitt Romney ‘s time with Bain Capital. Many have been criticizing the connection between the super PAC and the Obama campaign, particularly given that those who started it, Bill Burton and Sean Sweeney, formerly worked with Obama.
