Maddow Clashes With National Review’s Rich Lowry Over Ryan’s Budget Plan
MSNBC host Rachel Maddow clashed with National Review editor Rich Lowry during a roundtable discussion about Paul Ryan ‘s budget plan on Sunday’s Meet the Press .
