Hot on the heels of Saturday morning’s official introduction of Rep. Paul Ryan as Mitt Romney ‘s vice-presidential running mate (which came hot on the heels of a leak to NBC News, an iPhone announcement, and a press release), President Obama ‘s reelection team released a statement from campaign manager Jim Messina calling Ryan the “architect of the radical Republican House budget,” and predicting that “the Romney-Ryan ticket would take us back by repeating the same, catastrophic mistakes” that were made during the Bush era. That “R” word, “radical,” is one you’ll be hearing a lot from the Obama campaign in the coming weeks.
